Are you a passionate hospitality team member with a love for fine dining and Italian cuisine? This is your opportunity to join one of Brisbane’s most exciting new restaurants as a Food Runner / Waiter. 

We recently were awarded best new restaurant all over Australia 2025 and 2 hats 15 points AGFG

We are looking for around 15-20 hours a week with possibility of more hours for the right candidate. Competitive pay and amazing tips.

Experience in fine dining is required and experience in the bar is optimal.

ABOUT THIS VENUE

Attimi by dario Manca

Attimi restaurant is a brand-new opening planned for early September. The 28-seater intimate venue in Paddington will provide a modern Italian fine dining experience. On weekends, diners can expect to receive a choice of two set menus that showcase contemporary cuisine across a number of Italian regions - one menu being eight courses, the other being 12 courses - both which incorporate a combination of snacks alongside more substantial plates. From Tuesday to Thursday, diners will have additional choice from an ‘a la carte’ menu. The beverage menu will host approximately 90 labels of rare & regional Italian wines, in addition to French and Australian producers.
